Nose Bleeds

Strange thing. I've had two nose bleeds out of nowhere in the last 3 weeks. It has also been 3 weeks since I started a 500mg a wk Test Cyp blast. My bp is 141/75 pulse is 64 after a descent amount of activity. Is this something related to my bp and the Test or is something else going on. I don't have nose bleeds needless to say it freaked me out and got me thinking my bp had went to the shits. Any knowledge, info, or advice would be great. Also I had my annual checkup 3 weeks ago and everything was perfect.

You can go try and give blood. Not a bad idea morally and if it helps, thats good too, but yeah, bloods for hematocrit would be the way to go. Hope it works out brother

What is the most common cause of “nose bleeds” by FAR?

Platelet dysfunction
Elevated H/H
Hemophilia
Clotting disorders
High BP
Liver disease
Bla, bla, bla,

These combined account for less than 1% of folk with epistaxis.

Nasal trauma as in nose picking
is the leading primary cause in darn EVERY otherwise healthy adult as this form of trauma exposes and denudes the plexus of vessels within the “front” portion of the nose where almost all the bleeding originates.

Rather than assuming all that which ails you is due to PEDS I’d suggest folk first spend some time on Web MD for what are often universal medical complaints .

No nose picking or nasal trauma. Just had extensive labs done at my annual checkup. The only thing that has changed is the amount of Test im running.

Everyone removes troubling crusts from the nasal vestibule
to breath better, but there’s always one patient who doesn’t have or won’t admit to what we ALL DO!

Finally blood donation is by its very nature an irrational form of therapy for BLEEDING

Your hematocrit isn't going to go from "perfect" to nose bleed inducing in three weeks.
I have no idea what's caused it. If it occurs again ill take my ass to the doctor. I eat clean as fuck, supplement things I don't get enough of, and all my labs were great. I'm kind of at a loss for it. All I could think of was to look at what has changed.

I could think of
.

Diet - maybe your not eating enough citrus and have Scurvy

Supps - proof positive liver protectors are a must when cycling anything

Labs — but did they check a bleeding time, conduct hemophilia assays, or consider the possibility of several other clotting disorders? Nope nor should they bc epistaxis is rarely if ever the sole complaint
in such patients.

To that end since you’re this ANXIOUS about an uncomplicated nose bleed that resolved spontaneously, as almost ALL do, you’re not ready for the
PED related complications that lie ahead.

The blood will be well used.

Actually bc the quality of UGL AAS remains a big unknown your blood will be discarded!

That is of course unless you lied
and failed to admit to the “use of non-prescribed drugs”.

And lying to donate blood change what should be a humanitarian act into one of selfishness.

Thank you Dr. Jim. I'm glad someone is there to steer me in the direction that I'm a selfish, self centered, self seeking, and dishonest individual. Your halfway right about AAS and me not being ready. All I run is Test so I guess that alleviates half of the problem. And no I didn't have bleeding time, clotting factors, or hemophilia checked. And my liver values were good.

Guess I should call the number they gave and tell them my blood isn't safe.
