Hopefully the title catches more people attention
Male, 35 Natty
Been lifting consistently since 2012. Current stats:
• Height: 5’11” (6ft on paper)
• Weight: 224 lbs (cutting down from 250)
• PRs: 500 deadlift, 300 bench, 360 squat
I also train BJJ, so strength work hasn’t always been my main push the past few years. Still, I’ve stayed fairly consistent despite the usual setbacks (injuries, kids, life). I built out a solid home gym and make it a priority.
I’ve run multiple successful cuts/bulks over the years, lowest I’ve ever gotten was 165 lbs (from 195), and I’ve also bulked effectively when needed. Right now I’m working on leaning down again after climbing up to 250.
I’m here mainly to learn and soak up knowledge. I’ve always been interested in this side of things and done my own research, but I’m at the point where I want deeper info and perspectives.
Recently got bloodwork done as part of checking in on my body, any info/feedback would be great.
