it might be because some people are switching up excerises often, you need like what good 6 weeks for neurological adaptions? even in a deficit you will gain strength but no size, size is king strength is bullshit.This is extremely difficult for 99% of people to achieve. You either need to be in the noob phase, on your first cycle or two, or have professional bodybuilder levels of discipline and tracking/monitoring in place while already eating a shit ton. Anyone relying on tissue gain in a deficit is likely delusional
i hate all this new upper lower / full body shit training like powerbuilders thinking its the shit chasing a number instead of the mirror.
