I have been in and out of this forum but never posted. Never really needed to. I recently hopped on test injections. I'm 29 and have been weight training for 10 years as you can tell. I can't claim being all natural because I've taken creatine and other legal supplements which are man made. However I had never taken other than these for all of these years. Never needed to. I don't have an interest in competing, boasting or showing off. I just like being strong and looking good along with being healthy.
I don't have any interest in you if your younger than 27...your test levels should be pretty high for growth from puberty to this age. I want to gather info from ppl my age and older. My former, retired now, bb coach was very helpful...he knew alot about bodybuilding, steroids, nutrition, and supplements but he is retired and no longer able to share anymore of his time.
I landed some local test e 300 10ml vial and have been doing .5cc Monday and Thursdays for 3 weeks now. Use a 23g 1 1/2" pin. I had ordered an AI but it made me feel funky and off so I stopped it. 1ml of anastrozol.
I am a mix of old school principle and modern science. I do alot of reading but am wanting to branch out to ppl with experience.
I lift 2-3x a week and that keeps me big. Goal is to lose down to 10% body fat. I'm 20 now. I weight 257lbs and am 6'2". Meals include International Egg Whites, oats, eggs, all meats and veggies, minimal sugar but I do throw down on local honey and molasses. Occasionally I eat a large pizza. Mostly eat pretty good. Guess partial Paleo.
