NPP Pinning Schedule

For those that use NPP, what is your pinning schedule like? I am considering 200mg/week and wondering if I should pin 100mg twice a week, or pin 50mg EOD. Have not run short ester, so I don't know how long the stretch between injections should be.
 
I use npp fairly regularly.

.3 cc every day when I cycle it. For 210 mg weekly.

.3cc in an insulin pin has no pip, it can be injected anywhere in lean muscle mass and scar tissue is a wash with 31 guage pin.

This. I did eod. But honestly I want to try it every day my next run.

I had ordered some insulin syringes and my order got screwed up, so it hasn't even shipped yet. I have 25g pins for now that I've been using for my Test...I will probably pin with those for the time being. What kind of gains did you see with 210/week?
 
Technically it needs to be eod to take full advantage of the phenylpropionate ester, mon/wed/fri is just something I've gotten away with and it's more for convenience rather than a superior inject schedule. That's most likely what he meant by his response
I will see how things go with M-W-F. The weekend would just add an extra day between injections. Haven't used the short esters, so I don't know how big of a deal it really is, but I'd have no problem doing EOD if it came down to it.
 
Done it 3x per week and 2x per week shooting for around 200wk. Didn't really see/feel a difference. I use it for the joint relief.
How good was joint relief with it . My joints are fucked people near me in gym can hear tic tac sound coming out of my elbows and knees when I do exercises

Focus on lover weights and correct form.
Npp did not help with joints as much as deca did but this could be person specific .
Best thing i did for my joints was taking 3 weeks of the gym.
Did no weights no cardio nothing just chill.
My knee, shoulder,wrist and ankle pain went away !

I don't have pain in joints at all just that tic tac sound problem which I think is due to less collagen .tried glucosamine @1500 mg a day but not much relief even after month . Yeah deca is like world's best lube for joints even at heavy lifts I didn't felt any pain at all 6 years back but it made me look like a balloon too much water retention
