I fell the same as you on the 1iu. I guess right now 2iu before bed is working great so if it aint broke.. Yada yada!!!
Im about 8lbs down from when i started GH and eating really clean, but people tell me i look like i got bigger. Years ago i decided the best way to gauge where im at is the mirror not the scale, saves me alot of frustration. I figure if i like the way i look , who cares what i weigh.
I just got 4 kits greys from a person that got from PD. Now that I have a fair amount, ill try 1iu first thing in morning and 2iu before bed.
I agree anout gauging ny mirror. I've been trying not to weigh myself.
