Mark Henry is a beast. I dont know if anyone knows who Big E is (another wrestler), but he is too.

Also Odie dont short change yourself. Any PR is something to be proud of. I stopped worrying about competing with other people years ago. Now Im just worried about 1uping myself. 225 for 35 is insane!

You gotta admit Ryback is one strong SOB to pump out 53 reps w/ 225 then hold that barbell like he did to keep from getting choked ! Hes good for 60 reps !

I don't suppose it really matters either way. What does matter is that Odie here is becoming even more of a beast and he needs to keep killing it!
 
Ryback has one of those physiques some where in the middle of bodybuilder and strongman. I always really admired what he built. I see similarities between him and i. I don't mean that cocky or what ever but we have a similar build or what I could build in to is what I mean. I see my future self looking more like him than Arnold or Ferrigno. He's fucking 290! And jacked!!!

Think be foots the bill? I know back in the day Hogan brought that out in the open. Said he supplied the then WWF. If so that would be awesome. I know McMahon enjoys his monsters and they hold more value to him
 
Got a early one in this morning. Heading out of town for the day for work so I had to get up early.

That rowing machine's a bitch huh? Lol good for you though...6000m is a good amount of cardio! I have a love/hate relationship with the rowing machine

I love it. I've been using it for years. You can make it work back/Bis/shoulders/traps. I try not to use my biceps to much when I'm on it cause it flares up my tennis elbow. Anyway it's a great piece of equipment and I need to buy one

What are yall taking to fight break outs???? All this sweating has my neck, chest and back breaking out. I've always just took vitamin E, but it's not working this time. I'm one of the lucky ones that never broke out in high school or on gear unless I was running deca when I was young. Anyway I got a family reunion lake trip in month I need help fellas

I'm one of the lucky ones that never broke out in high school or on gear unless I was running deca when I was young. Anyway I got a family reunion lake trip in month I need help fellas

Use a good acne wash a couple times a day. Greasy skin is so hard to combat on a good cycle.

Usually I fight it while its happening. I keep a towel or washcloth to try yo keep dry. And I keep some acne pads on me. Easy to carry around and theyll get the grease of quick.
 
Yeah Im not greasy. lol Its all this out door field work Ive been doing has me sweating all day on the tren. I have to wear retardant clothes over my clothes for the work I do and its fucking hot.
 
I read the acne thread and saw where Dr. Scally mentioned that Milk Of Magnesia can help with acne break outs. Just what I need, A good inside and out cleaning. lol

Seriously though I would rather try this as a last resort. Anyone have some miracle cream or pill they can recommend???

My grandma suggested I use milk of magnesia for acne when I was a teen...wise woman she was
 
Ur sebaceous glands r on overload, me given all the 1st time experiences ur having with this TREN run, I would be at a minimum of 10mgs a day of accutane. U need to decrease the activity of the glands. This is just me personally.
 
When I was in the Academy all we did was sweat all day everyday in the god awful bunker gear that is NOT meant to breathe....needless to say, I feel your pain and I felt like I had to act fast!

Personally what works for me is anything with salicylic acid, whether it's a topical or a face/body wash but this ingredient a MUST! I use dermatologist stuff, but there are OTC brands that you can buy...just look for that ingredient, it'll be right on the front.

Oh and using Apple Cider Vinegar on a cotton ball at night before I went to bed...as long as you don't mind smelling like a pickle Lol :P
