Tell them you’re transitioning. I’m not trying to be offensive here but they will give the discount to them on HRT. They tried this in my buddies state and told them they were discriminating. It worked

You've gotta weigh how much you want to put into it vs how much $$ you want in return. There are many ways you could grow this, or you could intentionally stall it. There's pros and cons to it all the options:

- Hire help in the front to handle emails, process orders, do the shipping.
- Hire help on the lab side. This is slow to get going and never goes well.
- Use a website. Less opsec, but good for inventory management and customer communication as to what's available, meaning less time spent responding to forums and emails. Also helps with order processing/shipping.
- Limit orders to certain days (a la Stan). Creates hype via artificial scarcity. But you may get slammed on that one day and have to play catchup the other days, which in turn leads to actual scarcity.
- Shut down when stock gets low to focus on the lab and rebuild inventory. This allows you to set the pace, but you lose customer momentum. (Neo's only been gone a few weeks and already gone from one of the fastest growing to "Who?". And when he does come back he's gonna be overwhelmed by the prior customers that are left)
- Keep it small and only sell to a select list of customers. You get to set the pace this way too, but you have to work extra hard to keep those customers happy because they have lots of options and can bail on you any time.

This is the Amazon age of PEDs. You can't compete with the chinese WalMarts like SSA, so you have to consider yourself a boutique seller, and offer the customer things SSA can't:

- Quick responses. 12-24hrs tops. 48 hours before a response to an order email and the customer has already gone somewhere else.
- Quick shipping. Within 2 weeks total, payment to door. Most domestic shippers deliver within 2-7 days, so you have about 5 business days to get those packages dropped off from time of payment. The faster the better, any longer and you're gonna waste lab time having to respond to "Where's my package?" emails.
- Clean product. Customer has to like everything about your product, and trust it. Frequent testing, batch numbers, no guacamole/EO, bougie carriers like MCT/mig, good packaging opsec, etc

Anything less and the customer will just go to WalMart and deal with the bad communication, slow shipping, and shitty product because they can get it for 7 bucks a vial.

Most definitely solid ideas across the board. Like I mentioned prior not looking to buy a Lambo doing this. Shutting down when stock gets low, that is a for sure. Can’t do both, stock and ship just no way.

Keeping it small is another for sure that will be entertained. I refrain from repeating bad history that I’ve seen sources do. Which is take too many Appreciate your input and thank you for the best of luck.

Like I mentioned though, don't think of smaller as easier. It might be the hardest. If one customer in 10000 jumps ship, who cares, but 1 in 10 is a big dent.

Well i operated small for many yrs I think you’re referring to the revenue coming in. True, if some of your regulars jump ship it can put a dent like you mentioned.

I understand. It would be more of an open and close if volume interfered so much. Just discussion for now nothing set in stone.

In regards to that interview. DNP still scares me to this day

Something that may work is pausing orders once your volume is maxed. I’ve saw a few vendors do this and it has worked. Most people plan out their cycles ahead of time, so waiting another three days or so to order will not hurt them.

Currently, there are 4 sources I would order from here on Meso. Out of these 4, 2 are temporarily closed, 1 is out of stock on most items, and the remaining source has most items in stock.

I am bringing this up because it seems you would get an increase in traffic right away.

Residue of TREN base shit from manufacturing. Has been happening lately with TREN A raws.

Many ppl report sediments in the bottom as well.

There are a few cases and ppl that talks about it in the forum, go have a look around.

The best way to source imho is high minimum and I Mean really high.

500$ minimum order. It automatically creates a barrier for all those shitty order of 1 vial here 1 vial there.

Anyone that can't drop at least 500$ on an order is not worth having as a customer and imho after you have a made a small name for yourself I would raise that to a 1000$ for any new client.

It's a dangerous game so if I was doing it I would do it only for good money and cheap orders bring good money only after big volume and that brings heat, problems and sometime a window with restricted view of the world. No thank you.

If you were smart you would be a boutique shop, one were ppl "kills" to get an invite and throw money at you just so they can say: I inject his oil, because I can.

What’s quite surprising is the amount of BB they’re using for such a small milligram TC200mg and 25 to 30% BB. Thats a lot. While it’s may not be dangerous BB higher amounts can be a nuisance if you experience, well I’ll let the study in conclusion explain.

Using a blend long ago with high BB I did experience the cough or closing so to speak of your airways. Quickly subsided though.

In regards to TRA. Usually BA is around .018 total yield volume. BB can range from 20% but this time around was 23% since I undercut the carrier to produce less yield but stronger milligram. By the jano emailed me stating he received package
