@CHIEF M answered as well. Off season I’m sitting 230-240 about 12-14 percent BF then down to 205-210 nowadays after prep. I’m older now so it’s getting harder and harder. But like chief my coach watches my composition and we adjust food and cardio during off season to do that steady climb and it’s not about the weight but the look. Being 6’1” it helps with some leanness but I do lose that thick look standing next to a 5’8” 210lb guy.
