OEP LABS Domestic

I backfill mine, like you said, takes too long to draw
22g with a 5ml (holds 6ml) syringe.
Then i backfill 6x 29 1/2 inch insulin pins and throw them all in the fridge

Same for glut..

Started with 31g..moved to 30g..then moved to 29g lol
Glut I use a 27. That is the thickest stuff. And even a 27 is slow.

Warm it up..that's what i do now.
Throw the whole filled syringe in a baby wipe warmer at highest heat for like 20mins.

I prop the syringe up at an angle to prevent it from leaking (just put something below)

I haven't looked into glutathione's stability specifically, but it being a chain of aminos are you not concerned about temperature denaturation?

Yes it does degrade. I store my vials and backfilled syringes in the fridge. I only heat the syringe up(not vial)and pin immediately.

I know you weren’t asking me but just for some reference as I seen @CHIEF M answered as well. Off season I’m sitting 230-240 about 12-14 percent BF then down to 205-210 nowadays after prep. I’m older now so it’s getting harder and harder. But like chief my coach watches my composition and we adjust food and cardio during off season to do that steady climb and it’s not about the weight but the look. Being 6’1” it helps with some leanness but I do lose that thick look standing next to a 5’8” 210lb guy.
Appreciate both your guys replies! ~235 at ~13% I imagine you look like a fuggin tank lol. I’m a number of years away from anything close to that but I love the idea of getting somewhere near that someday! What type of cals/macros are you pushing peak growth phases generally? 50f, 250p, 700c?

Bit tall to look like a tank myself. If you are talking off season to grow. I slowly work up to my calorie goal. At my peak of bulk I’m around 4500-5000 calories at a 40/30/30 split. On carb cycle days I’ll hit more carbs but change nothing else. Macros isn’t one size fits all depending on goal. I’m tailored more to a lean bulk. My target is about .5-.75 lbs a week. Then I’ll do a recomp to allow for adjustment to insulin sensitivity from food so I’ll titrate my calories down uptick the cardio and drop some to get water weight down along with a reducing of weight I’m using in my workout to get some inflammation out in order to see how I’m looking. I only do a show a year so I’ve got plenty of time. Some guys might not follow this concept but it’s why I pay a coach to help me make the decisions. I also get some free meals during a bulk (sensible not eating a whole pizza) I replace one meal with double the calories of the meal I’m replacing. To be honest though I eat the same stuff on repeat enough I don’t use a tracker app or a photo of my food. I get my cooked food weight guidelines, weigh it out and just eat.

Syringes are Easy Touch;

EasyTouch Luer-Lock Syringe Only, 1mL Syringe, Box of 100, 802010

Needles I got here too, but I'm not seeing them listed currently. The 27g are still very good

Nipro Sterile Hypodermic Needles, Box of 100

They have the more expensive BD in 30g

BD PrecisionGlide Hypodermic Needles, Box of 100
I know you like to shop like it's Costco, so I thought I'd drop a link for decent pricing on a case of 30ga Nipro needles. No license needed, unlike a few other suppliers. After shipping it was like $8.75/100 which seems like a good price from what I've seen.

I've used a bunch of your posts and links to get me set up so hopefully this one is useful to you and anyone else.

Love the info. Im pretty dialed in diet wise these days as well. Same like 3 or 4 meals pretty much.

Iv never pushed carbs as my main macro though. When you go from cutting to bulking (assuming you cut carbs dramatically during a cut) do you immediately switch to a 40/30/30 split? Or do you slowly reintroduce more carbs each week? I know you said you slowly work up cals during the bulk. Guessing this is controlled purely off carb addition?

I’ll DM you if that’s cool. Don’t want to fill up Pench’s thread with diet stuff

Do you notice any pain? I’d expect it to be painful if only a little if it was so concentrated as to be thick. So I’d be surprised if not.
Warm that stuff up and roll with it. That thick stuff is a little more rough at room temp but anytime I’ve warmed up the oil it takes some of the edge off.

Not from the China and Korea Pharma glut. I hear some people complaining about UG glut but the pharma glut gives me no issues. And I only mix 3mL of BAC

Appreciate the answer, that’s useful to know. There must be something they are doing differently to the Chinese pharma stuff I am using.

It’s water based glutathione we’re talking about here but appreciate the suggestion.

Another Announcement I wanted to mention was the current stoppers we are utilizing are on a 2-4 week lead time. However, West Pharma makes a quality sterilized stopper with the Fluro-tech coating, not gonna lie they sexy. They are more expensive but for me that doesn't matter if it cuts 2-3 labors of time. Link below gentlemen

Those are actually the best stoppers they have in their product lineup if I'm not mistaken.
