You mix the troche base with the oral powder and makes candies that you place under your lips at contact with your gum and it dissolves in 40/50 minutes, goes straight into your blood skipping the first pass and gut, amazing delivery and you can make those with any flavour lol

It skips the gut 100℅ and it gets absorbed no problem when in contact with a person gum, they even sell anavar troche in compounding pharmacy. Its super easy to dose as well and make it

Really been eyeballing this pump and use capsule filters like others recommended. From my understanding this pump can filter and dispense proper volume, correct me if I’m wrong.

Great minds think a like. I have this exact pump. Didn’t purchase it from amazon though. It’s a game changer for filtering. For a while I used it to dispense directly into vials. For some reason at times it wasn’t accurate dispensing into vials. It would give me say 4 accurate filled vials and then the 5th vial would end up with a different fill line. It got very frustrating trying to figure out why and constantly recalibrating it. Now I use the pump to filter into a media and use a bottle top dispenser to dispense into vials.

I do have 20mg adrol troches and can confirm they don't hit the same as oral.

In the studies you linked, they mixed drol with MCT oil (lol) and then placed it on the gum for 5 mins. The troches i have stay on for alot longer, like 30-40m which should technically improve the availability due to exposure time.

As for PK profile, well i tagged readalot in the other thread because he's more familiar with those, he mainly uses pharma var troches AFAIK. I was planning to make some TRBE (got seized damit) and Halo troches but maybe i'll wait abit and see the discussions first.

Yes. I have a rep I’m currently discussing ptfe tubing with. She says it won’t work with one of these pumps since it’s a hard tubing. Basically like pex that you see used to run water lines in a home.

The silicone food grade tubing that I currently use may be fine to use. I have a test sample in route to Jano that will tell the tale if it is. I discard each tube after use. I use to clean them after use and reuse them but figured that’s a bad idea and the tubing is cheap enough there is no reason to really reuse it.

Yep. I brewed up a batch like I normally do and sent that in for analysis and told them to go ahead and run the gcms on it. I also sent in a sample of the brew before I ran it through the tubing and filtered.

I thought his setup was pretty clever, although theoretically this could decrease solvent concentration. But I try not to do PVNRT calculations on Sunday mornings, it's the lord's day.
