Do you think back and chest and bi tri are good?

That's my preferred way to split it up. You can do it the other way it just doesn't lend itself to supersets as well IMO. You are able to work the second muscle pretty much as well as the first muscle.

If you utilize a back/bi split for example and incorporate supersets, you will most likely run out of gas in the tank when you're doing the last few reps of bi's. A small muscle group like the bi's can't keep us as well with a big muscle like the back it seems like, same with tri's and chest. Chest/back or arm supersets compliment each other much better. If you're not doing supersets though, it changes everything lol.. My split in a nutshell is chest/tri's and back/bi's I just don't superset currently. I do shoulder work on chest/tri day too.

I wouldn't want them huge huge, but the capped look is hot IMO. I'm telling you I wanna have a body like Bluedress. I still can't get over her upper body.

Like this chick...she's my daily motivation. I follow her workouts and use her photos as workout fuel. But she runs some serious AAS and I wouldn't want to risk permanently changing my body to get there.

She def appears to be running a decent cycle... I just don't believe you can ever really know for sure how heavy a cycle is that anyone is running. You've got elite athletes that run heavy cycles and then elite athletes on the total other end of the spectrum running very basic compounds and small stacks.

Ahhh gotcha, that makes more sense.

Excatly. We are all different. You will never look like me and i will never look like you. The fact that nationally ranked females are being posted here to scare people is funny. I get it, i do. If i take the same cycle as Jay Cutler can I look like him? fuck no. lol Like you said though, most of this may be genetics and they could be running very little of something. Who knows but people love to assume. Thats whats dirty about this sport. If you look good you must be on steroids and a lot of them. blah

Lol, to your comment about having a Napolean complex.

I like the capped look too, but for me, it has to be proportioned with lower body. In the pic Eman posted above, she looks like all shoulders and upper back with very narrow hips. I don't want that look for myself. If I end up with capped shoulders, my legs and ass better be just as big, haha.

I just think a lot of people would be surprised if they knew the amounts that some athletes actually take. More often than not, it is all the other factors especially genetics that are what really makes the difference.

I do kind of suspect that some of these girls that are holding onto the thicker muscle mass might be cruising on real low dose test to achieve that but I am still a lot less familiar with what is the norm with ladies. :)

Just rubs me wrong I guess cause I've been accused of it way before I was on it. I know many who look great and don't use and still everyone bashes because they must be on something to look like that

Yea, her shoulder to hip proportion was weird.

I'm just not trying to scare anyone. I'm deeply into the lifestyle and love everything about lifting, bodybuilding and training. I just pointed out what keeps me personally from going any further than anavar. I respect it from afar, it's just not for me.

I'm on another board with ladies who run these compounds and I see it all the time. lots of women have great genetics (like Dana Lynn Bailey) and many of us can't compete, even with stacks like hers. But test and primo and npp are really, really potent. Anyway. I'll shut my mouth now, I should have kept it to myself and kept to the 'I am scared of pinning excuse' like I've played the whole time I've been here. LOL.
