I'm just not trying to scare anyone. I'm deeply into the lifestyle and love everything about lifting, bodybuilding and training. I just pointed out what keeps me personally from going any further than anavar. I respect it from afar, it's just not for me.

I'm on another board with ladies who run these compounds and I see it all the time. lots of women have great genetics (like Dana Lynn Bailey) and many of us can't compete, even with stacks like hers. But test and primo and npp are really, really potent. Anyway. I'll shut my mouth now, I should have kept it to myself and kept to the 'I am scared of pinning excuse' like I've played the whole time I've been here. LOL.

Just like you told me, don't feel guilty or bad about speaking your mind about your own preferences. I know you're just trying to look out and I never took it as you trying to scare us. We're big girls and will make our own decisions. It's still nice and very helpful to hear other people's points of views.

I'm just taking what OdieM said and replying, as mentioned pictures of pros shouldn't be used to scare anyone. Not trying to scare anyone. I'm a user myself and have always been accused of juicing because I'm muscular and strong. Blah
 
You girls would be surprised what you can take and how you take it and still look very pretty in the face and have the body you want.

The thing about the girls on Instagram and the pros, you will never really know what they are using unless you're with with them 24/7. That's just how this game works, you probably won't get the 100% truth about anyone's cycle that does it at a competitive level... I mean why would they tell people.

You can't push your limits like we can, but you can push your levels right past the normal and get amazing muscle gains. That's just me going off the help I have personally gave tho.

I can't give an opinion on the cycles yet, but I can give some insight on the boob job. They did a full blood panel about a week before my surgery to see if my liver and body were healthy enough for the anesthesia. I'm not sure if the AAs will have anything elevated still, but if it does they will be able to see it. They prescribed me a muscle relaxer and hydrocodone/acetaminophen. I only needed the pain meds for two days and I believe the muscle relaxer was only three. They give you an antibiotic through your IV so you won't be taking a bunch of pills afterwards.

Not even light lifting. They say you're clear to go back after three weeks but to take it easy. I couldn't even do a pull-up until about the fifth week so there's no way you'll be able to get back into the heavy lifting like you do for a while. my guess would be about eight weeks out.

on a sidenote: I'm in love with your body:p you have that perfect South Florida model look. tiny but in shape with amazing curves, love it!!
 
You are all smart women and I know you will weigh the risks. It easy to get caught up in the enthusiasm of more is better. We see it time and time with young guys who show up here and disappear just as quickly.

It takes a woman with a good sense of humor and thick skin to stick around here at meso. @Crystal234, @Wendylifts and @Happycamper you are all extremely strong women with very impressive lifting numbers.

Different guys like different body types but to me @Devika has a body that is 1 in 10,000. Just an absolutely beautiful woman.

And I have a huuuge internet crush on @Bmae1. Just don't want to see any of make decisions that several years from now you end up really regretting.
I think I noticed a *little* broadening of my jaw but....gainz!

Also, they stress no acetaminophen afterwards. Ibuprofen only, I believe he said it was because of the stress put on your liver from the surgery.

This info is very useful. I honestly didn't think that the surgery itself would put too much stress on the liver. I didn't consider anesthesia, pain killers etc.
I'm gonna have to give myself a few weeks after I'm done w this cycle to let my liver catch a little break.
I am honestly heartbroken about being out of the gym for so long, especially without lifting anything heavy :(
That for me, will be the hardest part.

I think I might've sprained something btw my upper pec and rotator cuff yesterday :( It hurts so bad and it's hard to raise my left arm. I've been icing it and rubbing some tiger balm. Hopefully it'll feel better tmw. I wanted to do shoulders but may replace it w back and bis.

Today I was talking to my ex about training and goals. Then he said I looked perfect right now. Just needed to maintain. But if I wanted to make more gains to do it on a slow and gradual basis. He then emphasized it again. Easy does it.
It made me get a little paranoid.
How else would I get those gains?:eek:

Some guys from the gym have come up to me this past week to shake my hand bc "I'm a beast" lol

As far as sides goes, my hair is still shedding a little bit. I think less than before though.

Lately I've been playing w the idea of getting certified as a personal trainer. I think it would pair well since I'm already a yoga instructor.
I need to get more info as to which is the best way to go about it.

All of those sessions are laid out well Devika and you are pushing a ton of weight for your size.

I wouldn't worry about your ex's comments. I agree with him that you look great now but a women build like you is not going to blow up overnight no matter what you do. As you know you have to work very hard for all your gains and that will continue to be the case.

Keep doing what you are doing as long as you are happy with your progress. Hope your shoulder and pec are feeling better today.

3 weeks just to get back in the gym. Even after that I could only do cardio and lower body. Any arm, back, shoulders or abs will pull on your chest muscles. I wouldn't say it "hurt" but it's a very uncomfortable pulling feeling. I was scared something would tear, or I would mess the implants up.

You will possibly be able to do very low weight exercises, but even 15lb curls scared me.

Nice job. You've got feel great about the contrast in those before and after pics... Don't beat yourself up about your calves. That's fantastic progress especially in the given time.

Those are solid workouts. Very smart adding some intra-workout nutrition too.

As a rule of thumb, "Don't listen to your ex... About anything." You're doing great. Listen to your body... And it sounds like your shoulder is screaming at you. Just remember that you'll feel better before you are completely healed and susceptible to further injury. The worst injuries I've had have been re-injuries when I pushed it on smaller injuries (all shoulders).

Last thing, BlueDress got saline implants 15 years ago. It was under the muscle - harder to do but it comes out better/more natural. That said, it was very taxing on her body and recovery takes a while so plan on it - weeks. Someone also already mentioned the pain meds after - you'll definitely need them and I would certainly recommend entering surgery with a completely clean system and well-recovered liver.

You are a beast! Keep up the good work!
 
I don't take anyone's opinion on my body, didn't care if it's the current gf (I don't have one right now don't worry D I'm here for you still;)) or an ex or friends. This is my project and I'll see it threw to how I want it to be not what the masses think looks good or what a particular person likes. I want to look like a shit brick house with traps thick ass back and no taper, not aesthetic by any means but it's the look I want for what I want. If you want 30lb of muscle onto your frame you push for your goals and never be discouraged by some yahoos opinion!


As for the body job, I'd wait 4 weeks post cycle to get your hormones back together then get the surgery but don't say there isn't a way to train. Buy a Mark Bell hip circle (PM me if you want links and such) and you can to monster walks and bw squats but when doing it with the hip circle it engages so much more glutes so even with no weight on your back you'll feel like your squatting 135 and you will maintain lower body strength. Yes your chest muscle will atrophy slightly and your shoulders will get weaker slightly but if you hold your calories at 100 surplus you won't lose your size in the period and time frame especially if your still working lower body. You can also do standing band hip thrusters to keep your spinal errectors looking sexy and so many more exercises. I've had a lot of injuries in have been in many slings (both at the same time once) and there is always a way.... Although I did need my mom to help put on my shirt in the morning that time but I was 15 so it was okay! Until everyone at highschool found out my mommy was dressing me in the morning:oops: so embarrassing lol

I guess he's one of those that think steroids will blow you up overnight. If people only knew how much work it actually takes.
My training and nutrition have never been so strict as they are now.

People really underestimate how much work actually goes with juicing. I have mad respect for all of you guys here with killer bods.

Exactly. If I had to put a number on it I would liberally estimate a 10-15% difference in physique and strength. At least so far. And the changes in physique are not 100% what you think or expect or want in some cases. Changes are also subtle and as you pointed out definitely not overnight. Of course this is my first cycle so I'm probably an idiot for even having an opinion yet :P (this has never stopped me in the past)
 
I love this thread. I am new here. I read every word. I just started Anavar. Doing 10mg a day. I was doing 50 dbs press on a flat bench before and got up to 55 dbs last week but I saw the increase up to 20mg. Wendylifts are you still doing 20mgs?
