off time

i know your suposed to stay off as long as your cycle was, but its
hard with all this gear staring at me, been off for a month havent
really lost anything, you think 2 months is enough time?

If you aren't losing gains, why not give your body a layoff. you'll be happy you did! The gains on the next cyc will be better because of it. And keep telling yourself the gear isn't going to go bad.

Agree here also, Better results if you focus on full recov. of you own hormones. If you want, bridge for the time being. I have used 100-200mg primo wk for excellent results between hard cycles.....and considered it to be off-cycle.

A lot of people think that time on = time off. Yes, but time on = AT LEAST the same amount of time off to be safe. You could be on a 12 weeker and 14 weeks after the cycle is over your lipid profile could still be screwed up. The only way to know if you were off for the right amount of time is to get bloodwork done.

Even a bridge with a low dose of gear will prevent your lipid profile from improving. It may not cause as much damage as a higher dose of gear, but your still on.

what is lipid profile?
 
I try to stay on as much as I can, however I change up my types of juice. For example, hypothetically if I do an 8 week cycle of only test, then as soon as I finish that cycle I would go on an 8 week cycle of Deca and Anadrol or D Bol. My body can recover natural testosterone levels pretty quickly after a long cycle, of course with a little help from clomid. But you can try changing up what you are taking, giving your body a chance to bring those natural producers back up. That way by the end of my Deca/Anadrol cycle, i am ready for another batch of Test.

if you change from one inhibiting substance (test) to a different one (deca/dbol/anadrol) you are still inhibited.

If you are taking 1-2 drugs for a period of time that screws with your lipid profile, then stop the 1-2 drugs for 1-2 other drugs that screw with the lipid profile, your lipid profile is going to get worst and worst.

The problem isn't just natty test production, liver, kidney etc. You need to recover everything, especially your lipid profile.

According to your post you are never off, your hpta is always suppressed, be carefull doing this for a long time will require you to be on hr therapy later on
