I dont see how size is an issue? I started at my place at 10 bucks an hour. 9 years later I have a healthy six figure spot. I'm 6'2" 280 and covered with tattoos. It's about what you do, how you work with others, how you handle adversity, being dependable, never thinking in terms like "that's not my job" or "what's in it for me". Never send an email you wouldn't want the whole company to read, don't ever threaten to quit, basic ass shit most people fuck up. Come with solutions instead of complaining about problems.
