I can help you recover the pictures.Millard - will there be a pictures album in our profile ? Did I lose the pics I had in my picture album ? ~Ogh
I can help you recover the pictures.
TO DO:
Investigate profile pictures option for new forum.
I honestly don't think we can automatically migrate them to the new forum app. But I can see if we can add similar functionality e.g. personal profile picture album to XF?Thanks Millard - Ive got copys of all the pics , just wanted to see if we were going to get them back (or are they lost in cyberspace ?) ~Ogh
Of course, Mugzy knows
I know what you mean by the "condensed" appearance ; I think you will notice improvement after our next style update. It's taking some getting used to. Everything feels a bit condensed. Some of the fuctions are easier to get to. Now that I know the social groups are being worked on I feel somewhat better. Have to get used to the new quote function. Things take longer for us old computer handicapped curmudgeons. In my day we had carrier pigeons.
TO DO:Millard, can you make it so we can post pdf's??
Thank you. I will do my best.I have full faith in you Millard.
TO DO:Is the thread and post favorite list coming back?
I'm guessing it will be one of the forums running vb 3.x/4.x + vbseo. Many of us became highly dependent on vbseo to optimize our sites for search. But the company behind it went defunct and there was no longer any support. Having such a crucial plugin that is unsupported is dangerous. It's the situation we were in. If it "breaks" then you would be SOL. And I couldn't see upgrading to vb 4.x or vb 5.x as a viable option. At first I hated the vBulletin when it first came out. After a week I hated the original, ancient format. I'm already liking this. I wonder which board is next to switch....
