Ive been using 1/2 inch slins on quads and delts. Love them but I make a fucking mess back loading those bitches. A little pip for an hour or two after, its a slight burn likely from the BA but it quickly disappears.

Well wait till y'all get a few weeks in. I feel like a damn pin cushion, but I also pin ED and only pin delts and my right glute. So basically I pin the same spots twice in one week. Yep its getting real old.

I do it standing up , take the weight off the pinning leg then hit the thick ball like muscle right below the hipbone . Theres several veins there , go between them . Piece of cake !
I just pin the thick muscle below the hip bone . I got 2 main veins there , I pin right in between them ...

Damn OGH you are more than a man than me lol. Are those two main veins arteries? I would have to have you setting right next to me to feel comfortable about that spot.
