7/9/15---One month update : I think the tren likes twice daily workouts , Ive been doing chest & back workouts in the mornings , and bicep work that night . I have more energy for arms at night . Tomorrow I bump up to .7ml (70mg/day) 490mg/wk
Morning : Incline Bench- after warm-ups
205-225x3-250x3-205x3 (10 sets) 5-8 rep range
DB presses- 65/75/85/65 x2 (8 sets) 5-8 range
Tricep pushdowns- 100/125/150/100 x2 (8 sets)
Night: Hammer-bar BB curls 80/100/120/100x2 (8 sets) 6-8 reps
Con curls : 40lb DB to failure each arm 20/15/15/10 reps
I also think the joint relief I was looking for in Deca , I have found in Tren . My joints are better than ever , this I know . Bicep curls were no problem today , no shooting pains in my right bicep since starting tren . Could it be ?
