~Ogh"s Old Geezer Tren Run....

7/9/15---One month update : I think the tren likes twice daily workouts , Ive been doing chest & back workouts in the mornings , and bicep work that night . I have more energy for arms at night . Tomorrow I bump up to .7ml (70mg/day) 490mg/wk

Morning : Incline Bench- after warm-ups
205-225x3-250x3-205x3 (10 sets) 5-8 rep range
DB presses- 65/75/85/65 x2 (8 sets) 5-8 range
Tricep pushdowns- 100/125/150/100 x2 (8 sets)

Night: Hammer-bar BB curls 80/100/120/100x2 (8 sets) 6-8 reps
Con curls : 40lb DB to failure each arm 20/15/15/10 reps


I also think the joint relief I was looking for in Deca , I have found in Tren . My joints are better than ever , this I know . Bicep curls were no problem today , no shooting pains in my right bicep since starting tren . Could it be ?

Very happy w/ my workout . My biceps are finally coming back to normal after nursing them for the past 2 yrs . Especially my right side that had big micro tears in the bicep.
Theres definitely some joint relief coming from the tren.

Im now doing biceps work after every upper body workout , push or pull .
You guys might see bigger arms from me this yr if they hold out .
Still right around 18" each...

18" arms at your height must be a crazy look.

I'm finally pushing ALMOST 19's cold and I'm still quite unsatisfied with them...

Chalk this one up as a victory for the short guys :(

18 is just massive for our height ogh. Damn sure hope I can get mine close to that one day. Currently 16 for me:( but still:D nonetheless:cool:
 
I was 16" for a longtime in my life. Im small boned so 18" takes lots of food/gear to achieve/maintain .
I hear ya there man. Im so small boned that I can still wear a youth size hat an pants. Well the hat for sure anyways lol, legs are way to big for the pants an shirts are deff out of the question lmfao in a sad kind of way:p
 
On my home monitor it looks stretched horizontally & on my I-phone it looks taller vertically . It should be inbetween the two ...
