True story: About 3 weeks ago I loaded the bar and performed 1 work set of BNP. After a quick bathroom break I came back to find someone had added a 25 pound plate to each side of what I already had loaded and was using it for their squat. Granted they didn't know, but I wasn't gone that long. Using the situation as a source of motivation I proceeded to step into the rack as though I was going to squat the weight. My OHP is a little stronger than my BNP so I OHP. Dude squatting with the weight looked like he might piss himself when he realized he had messed with the weights I was using.
Lack of gym etiquette is a pet peeve of mine, but there was no reason for hard feelings - he didn't know. We shared the rack. I performed OHP (4-6 reps per set) and he squatted.
