Oil allergy test

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know of a laboratory where I can get an allergy test for different types of oils? I would like to have an official test of my allergies to oils and thus be able to rule out wrong application, sterility oversights, or other things due to a bad PIP.

You could self test. Just get sterile MCT, GSO and whatever else, and inject small amounts into your delt. See where you flare. That is all they do at a DR’s office, but with solutions for cat hair, pollen etc.

I wouldn’t inject shellfish oil, but you probably won’t die from any sterile carrier oil.

Once upon a time......

A friend injected oils under his skin, diff spots, circled and labeled with marker. Only reaction was to the ink, lol

I'm very inclined to believe that you can load your body to a level of histamines, that the smallest addition will tip the scales...

I would hate to discover some exotic nut allergy, after banging 3 mls of New oil.

If you have a bit of money and time, then of course the best option, as @Exhortae mentioned, is to go to an allergist and discuss your concerns. They should be able to address your issue with a 100% probability. You can also go directly to a laboratory for tests and specify what you want to be tested for, but I believe they may not be able to comprehensively check everything through a blood test alone, and some allergies require different methods of testing. Therefore, the most optimal option is to consult a doctor who can advise you and direct you to the right place. The only difference lies in the money you will spend on the doctor's visit and bit of time to visit doctor.
