Oil ZPHC testosterone enathate

hi everyone I have some original ZPHC testosterone and I see that it uses ETHYL oleate , but I read that in America the FDA has not approved it .
Have you ever used ZPHC or products with ethyl oleate carrier oil ?

I have used a lot of different sources who have used eo around 5-10% to brew certain compounds but never used anything where the carrier itself was EO

Zphc products in amps are all EO. The vials are tea seed oil. But i believe a snall
Percent of eo is inside

Well ZPHC is not American. It’s a Chinese company.
