I started with 135 just to warm up and get my form down .. went up to 185 for 2 sets with good form and then up to 205 for 2 sets .. I felt pretty good and just for 1 rep i wasn't concentrating so my knees went to the front and most of the weight fell to my back. I was fine with the weight since it was so light but it did piss me off for about 2 seconds,because i lost form ... Animal,you said to make sure the weight was being pushed with even pressure from bottom of my feet,i believe .. Should i try to push more with my heels because i do but sometimes some pressure will go to the balls of my feet. Your right about pointing knees out because i can balance alot better that way. . turns out my flexibility isn't that bad after all. i just have the problem of taking sets to possitive failure,because i don't have a spot,but i do get lightheaded so i'm sure the intensity is there for now ... thanks for your help ..
