She has had a fucking hamstring injury. Her sacrotuberous ligament has been super sore for like fucking 6 weeks now. She hasn't been able to get it to heal up fully and it's been really messing with her ability to lift. Any time she squats or deadlifts (especially deadlifts) or does weighted glute bridges she winds up with that ligament and the muscles around it wind up really sore and then she can't lift again.

I'm not sure what to do. I've done trigger point therapy for that spot many times. Massage. She's done hot baths with massage stones. Stretching and rolling out. I just don't know what to do to help it heal up and it's really impeded her lifting. Maybe I'll post about it in another section and see if anyone has advice.

lmao I literally jokingly tell her this. I got her into anal years ago so we like to play around with that regardless. Did it twice this last week. Nice way to spice things up and she enjoys it too. So far no noticeable effect on healing though

I tore my hamstring and gricillis last fall. Thought my meet 4 weeks later was a wash. I was able to bench and DL as planned and took my squats lighter. What helped me and actually surprised my PT was intramuscular stimulation (IMS).
