my stress according to my watch was 60+ daily and my resting HR was higher during sleep than the day. off tren my stress is 35. (still high)Well men, a friendly reminder to adjust your training volume down (by a lot) and bolster your recovery resources when coming off tren. I can see why people follow tren cycles with just HRT / health phases. Theres such a massive difference in recovery capacity coming off of tren. I’ve been feeling really quite beat up after my sessions, though I’ve also been dieting for nearly 7 months, which is far too long and will be coming to an end shortly. I do think I will run hex or enanthate next time for several reasons but mainly to prevent this abrupt crash from the acetate clearing so quickly. The slower elimination of those longer esters might mitigate some of these recovery nuisances.
Main thing to share with everyone especially is older fucks is Tren is godly but be mindful just how inhuman you are on it. Your stress signaling is basically on mute. If you’re eating enough you’ll get very strong very quickly, and you should stay disciplined in keeping rep ranges 10-12 so as not to go crazy heavy. And when coming off, especially on acetate, be ready for a sharp decline in all of these wonderful features, namely the recovery and stress management.
RHR from 86 on tren to 65 off tren my docs gonna be like wtf
legit my watch didn't show any stress levels that fell into the "rest" category, even during sleep.
If I ever use tren again, and thats a strong IF I'd do like 50mg-80mg hex a week
all the mental and libidol benefits were there at that dose for me, and when i went higher I think i just got burnt out and they diminished
