i didnt even start gear til i was around your age. had some good sources, some shitty. still went from 180 to 235, at 5'11. with lots of time off for stuff like rec drug problems, drinkin, other negative situations. what other boards lack is what y'all have here. more in-depth info, and when there's shills and plants, they get called out. when i'd do that on other sites, man, i'd be the one gettin' flamed. fuck that.

Same here man. 17 years on meth. Clean for 5 years and 3 months. Fitness saved my life, about to start very first cycle.

46 is "old" compared to most on the boards.
and yeah, if i didnt have the gym to focus on, i'da been one dead motherfucker years ago. hurt my back, got the vics, then keep getting more free, then....u know.
turned into alcohol, then back to pills when i met a hot italian chick who was an addict. that was a scene, man. worst time of my life.
the best thing on here is, u get sources called out right away. there's no post editing or excuses accepted for shit product. it's so hit and miss out there.
