Been in the PED world for many years now. Recently started diving into this side of it, not just the gym locker room talk and stories with the same group of guys at the gym. Retired now and have some extra time on my hands so im diving in to learn and hopefully grow my brain now lol

Welcome to MESO. You’ll find there’s a good mix of ages here. Many of the active guys are older, I’m middle aged myself. Experience levels run the gamut too.

Training can be all over the place with work and kids. I am a union worker so I could be on a job that is 8 hour shifts 5 days a week or one that is 12 hours and 6 days a week.
It kind of comes down to what I can do when I can do it. I essentially try to hit 4 main movements when its busy season. Squat, deadlifts, bench and overhead press.
Winter I have more time and dial things in better.
Nutrition is on point.

I run a blast and cruise model. 200mg/week test cruising and 400mg/week blasting November - March. I have sprinkled some Anavar in during the summer with the lower calorie diet but only 10mg on workout days. My BP doesnt bode well with var.

Been looking into Mast E but that's not gonna happen for awhile with the shortages. Also looking into low dose GH.

Bloodwork i use Private MD Labs. Test, E2 Hematocrit, SHBG and metabolic panel quarterly (among a bunch of others). PSA and IGF 1 every 6 months.
