Just recently lost 4 1/2 years of digital logging. None of it was it was anything to write home about, I’ve mostly been on injury recovery going from one Injury to the next. But it was nice to look back on my diet and figure out what works for me. I used to log in a small notebook that fit in my pocket but got to a point where I was limited and stared use an app that I paid for, then injuries so I cancelled the app and just used my IPhone notepad. Big mistake cause it’s all gone now but lesson learned and while be starting a full size journal. Any one have some pics of how they lay out their logs?
