Oliver Sacks was a 300-lb bodybuilder

Anything written by Sacks is well worth the read. To the poster considering his bio, I highly recommend it unless homosexuality makes you squeamish. Sacks was a well-rounded fellow with many talents. The world is darker without him in it.


I first met Dave about ten years ago. He and I are good friends. His health has declined recently but he brings a tenacity to his training at all times, even during recovery from major surgeries. He is truly one of a kind.
