The voucher method won't be accepted. They've cancelled everyone's orders and refunded your money so I'm out a few thousand bucks on gear I barely was making shit on. If your money was refunded and your gear was received it would be nice if you could come forward and pay for it via bitcoin. Thank you.

If it's not debited back to the card directly because it's not reloadable, I think you'll have to contact the card issuer directly.

If the payment method was completely anonymous I don't see why anyone would throw the card away but I can see it happening. Hopefully they could review the payment made and get the card number and use it another way.

Because it was not a rechargeable card. The rechargeable card was $14 more dollars because you had to pay an activation fee where as the one timer was 4.99
