No I have never seen fish back down on his stance.
Not sure if you're looking for info on the above to buy but I've tried amped AF. It was ok. I don't use a lot of PWs so when I first start one they hit hard but after a few times I feel like I adapt quick to them and I feel like I I'm taking them just to take something.
