Update on the NPP, I finished off the first 10ml. I'm super shitty with dates, but I'm 3-3.5 weeks in. Strength is up for sure. I'm hitting chest 2x a week, I pick a muscle group and work it 2x a week for 6 weeks then move to another group...any way. 2nd chest day and pr'd weight and reps on the flat DB press. Had super limited time to work out, but I had more room to move up in weight easily. What I strained on 2 weeks ago, I flat out MOVED!
So either my training, diet, sleep is doing good or the NPP is legit. Running it along side 600 test e. I don't think the test would cause that much of a increase that quickly.
