Autoimmune conditions flaring up on aas is not unheard off. I doubt it's methylation issues per-se. It's probably aas derailing your immune system in a way which is conducive to exasperating your overactive tendencies.

There was a lot of variables at play. Over trained was my other theory. I am going to have my DNA tested to look at what genes I have for methylation.

It was an interesting rabbit hole for sure.
