Once or twice per week

Well, it sounds like you are training 'some' bodyparts 2x per week since you are repeating after your third session. If you want to hit legs 2x per week, then simply re-orient your split

if you are gaining weight and enjoying yourself, then why bother changing? Hell, follow it for as long as you can if it is working. When it stops working, perhaps then it will be time to look at other options.

right i just need to find a spot for legs. TY guys

Here's my workout for this 10 week period:

Saturday:
Legs (4 sets of 4 different exercies for thighs, 4/4 for calves)

Sunday:
Chest/Triceps (4/4 for each)

Monday AM:
Biceps/Forearms (4/4 biceps, 4/2 forearms)

Monday PM:
Shoulders/Back (4/4 of each)

Tuesday AM:
Legs (same as above)

Tuesday PM:
Chest/Triceps (same)

Wednesday:
Biceps

Thursday:
Shoulder/back

Friday:
off

After my cycle I will go back to each bodypart once per week and work in some cardio.

Kevin............

16 sets for thighs?? 16 sets for calves?? 16 sets for Chest?? 16 sets for Tris?? 16 sets for Bis?? 8 sets for forearms?? 16 sets for shoulders?? 16 sets for back??

Are you a marathon runner or a BBer?? Why in the bloody hell are you doing that many sets?? I mean I am absolutely flabergasted...?? Dorian Yates's analogy - "Take a stick of dynamite..........hit it with a pencil all day long, and nothing..........hit it once with a hammer, and BOOM!!" It's all about intensity. i just don't understand why ANYONE would do that many sets. Your workouts must take like 2 - 2.5 hours.

It's all about intensity man. If you have Psycho, Charles Manson intensity every single set, and are going to failure or close to failure on every set, how could you possibly do that many sets and not faint from sheer exhaustion??

I dunno, I think that is frickin NUTS for you to do that many sets. Are you training to failure / close to failure?? I ask because I always always always always train to failure, and there is no way I could ever come close to doing that many sets.

That does seem like a whole lot of work. I would pass out after the first 4 sets if I tried that with the way I train. But, what works for me might not be good for you.
