Hello

I am 46 years young I live in Ireland. I've been training with weights on and off since I was 22. Got really into it in my mid to late 20's and during that time I had tried a couple of cycles with Sustanon, winstrol or deca and got some great results. But haven't used any PEDs since then.

Since becoming a dad in 2019 and starting a family I have found it hard to be consistent with my training. Although for the last year I have been training and gaining again. The gains come harder now at 46 and the fat build up I amassed from the 3 years previous to starting back is a bit more stubborn to move.
I joined this forum to try and glean as much knowledge as I can in attempt to reach my goals in as safe a manner as possible. I've got kids now so I can't be as foolish as I was in my 20's. I like the mission statement of this forum, (i.e. harm prevention first) and if I'm 100% honest with you I'm a dumbass when it comes to this stuff so I don't want to make any bonehead moves. So I expect I will be asking lots of questions and hopefully you guys can guide me in the right direction.
I look forward to sharing my journey with you and hopefully making some new like minded acquaintances.
