One body part per day

Hey Meso brothers, just wanted to share a little bit about what I've been up to lately. I'm 6 weeks in 1g test cyp, 1g eq,900 mg npp and just added 25 mg dbol pr day last week. My normal routine looks something like this, Monday -legs and abs,Tuesday - back and bi's,Wednesday -chest and tri's,thursday-rest,Friday shoulders and traps. The problem I've had with this routine is by the time I get to the second body part, I'm too "spent " to really kill that bp like I can the first. So for the last 2 weeks I've just been doing one bp per day and really destroying said bp. I haven't been this sore in a long long time. I'm gonna keep this routine while I'm bulking and see how it goes.

I bet that will go pretty good bro. Kill that one body part. Even if it makes you sore, you will have all week for it to heal while killing the others. This is something I would like to start doing as well. Put all my focus on one muscle group a day.

A lot of people like this type of routine. I prefer full body routines or strength based routines and feel a bro split is more for advanced people but like i said many like it and get good results.

With what you are taking i expect great results.

@Skull , I know it goes against the grain of what's supposed to be "normal ". But I've never been normal.

It doesn't go against the grain at all, it's very common and effective. The key is to not get stuck in a rut. Once you notice yourself not responding as well then it's time to switch it up.

Keep in mind you will most Likely notice you will be more than ready to hit the muscle again after a week especially when on AAS. A great twist is to take your lagging muscle group and add a second day in, whether it be by itself again or just accessory lifts added into another muscle group day.

Single body part is the routine I've been with forever. Some guys and even science swear by the training split. I train 1 baldy part 6 days per week, and every 5 weeks hit one area Twice in a week. I try to hit around 15-20 sets within an hour( usually 45 mins) and it has been working. I work hard for a living and do full body workouts for 8-10 hours a day before I get to the gym so no need for anything else.

I do a similar routine as you before you went with one body part per day.

You have to remember, that for example on chest tri day when you hit your chest youre also attacking your tris pretty hard as well. So when it's time to hit them they are already taxed from the chest routine. Same goes for back and bis.

I actually switch it up every few months to keep my muscles guessing. For example I'll go chest bis and back tris.

I forgot to mention that I work 7 nights a week. It can be a pretty physically demanding job. (welding )

I like to do one body part each workout as well. Sometimes I will have to sessions in a day to hit more than one part. Last night I had a great back session and then went into biceps and couldn't really get a good pump. My biceps got some pump during the back workout and my forearms were super pumped so that effected my biceps.

I've been doing the back and tri's and chest and bi's split for a few years now and really like it!!

Great advice from everyone. Personally a huge fan of one body part per day. I enjoy concentrating on one particular muscle, be it chest, back, legs, etc. I feel that I can give more effort on that one body part as oppose to 2 or 3. I really focus on giving my maximum effort on working the muscle, achieving an awesome pump, and inducing as much stress and trauma as I can from various angles. I do notice a very good pump training a single body part per session. Good luck with your training. I like your split.

One body part per day is nice but i fully think that if one has not done-squats,bench,bent rows and deadlift on cycle 2-3 times per week first then you may have really shorted your self on overall(base gains). One body part per week..i think is for the one who has maxed out first with the basics to really see the rewards. Can you bench 405,squat 500 and deadlift 600 with a bent over row of 315 for 6-8 reps? Its not that complex...dont hate but really it is the truth.

And this is coming from a bodybuilding perspective..not powerlifting fellas.

I've done one alot when natural.I would do it again.I now do a different approach chest front delts,1day.
ba
back rear Delts, traps .2nd. 3rd is bis and tri, then next legs I even take a day off in-between each one some rimes not. but these are fast no rest for example flat bench 8 sets of 3sets super sets.bench rite to incline flys.to Peck deck rest min then do again after that super set dips and military press I get this done fast 45 min I do back same way but more. I am ready for a change I, did do chest tri. forever. I mostly overtrained my younger natural years was trying to keep Up with gear users did ok but when contest comes you learn yiy lose to much Nat diet. sorry didn't mean to ramble on thread but this is a good topic. it can change you drastically. a routine

Pulled something in my pec today doing flat bench. Gonna take a few days off. Sucks cause I'm growing and strength is way up.
