One shot a week or more? I think the 10x rule is for guys shooting once a week on trt. 24-36 hrs after their shot they'll be at roughly ten times. But if you're doing multiple injections I don't see how that holds true as the only injection at peak levels is the one done 24-36 hrs before the blood draw.
That said, I'm gonna assume 125 mg dose and adjust my dose accordingly for now just to be safe.

Haven't followed this thread a whole lot but stuck my head in and read up a little. I have zero experience with this lab and I am not a customer but the whole 10x rule for serum blood levels that gets spouted around gets to me some.
IMO a generalized 10x rule is complete bullshit. To think that everyone across the board is going to metabolize a drug the same way is really beyond naive, its borderline stupidity. There are millions of factors that play into the human genome. If everyone metabolized each drug the same way, there would be little to no adverse reactions, all drugs would work the same for everyone, and there wouldn't be 2-10 different strengths like there are for most pharmaceuticals.
Some guys will hyper respond and some guys will do the opposite. The only way you can base anything off of a SERUM number IMO is to run a script at that same dose, for the same amount of time, using the same injection sites, have all other drugs you are taking remain the same (namely things like T3), and have blood draw times correlate exactly.
On 200mg of watson cyp per week I had bloods at 1300. Clearly not 10x even with pharma.
Here is an article I stumbled across from MD that shows just one way a slight difference in someones genetics can drastically change how they respond to androgens. It would be crazy to think there aren't dozens, if not hundreds, of these factors that vary by person.

^^^ Good article : Ive been saying this same thing here , that there is no 10x for everyone , we all respond different to androgens and not all guys are "good responders" or have high T-bloodtests...
I know a 32 yr old guy on another forum that has been on true Tren almost everyday for 3 years and he dont look like hes ever touched a roid or a weight. I mean high doses and he looks pitiful and he is heavily ridiculed but he keeps trying to big , it dont look like its ever gonna happen . Some guys thru either genetics or just age dont respond like others ....

10x rule is BS. I take 200mg Test C 1x/wk and my peak test level is 980. My Dr has patient on as much as 350mg per wk so they can be in the 900-1000 range. Everyone's bio chemistry is different, plain and simple.

I will volunteer to test 3rd batch when it is available...we can compare my bloods from first batch to third batch
If I take 200mg/wk Im over 1300ng .
But my doc wont allow it so I just cruise at 100mg/wk now , which seems to average between 588(lowest)-731ng (my highest on 100mg) thats 48hrs after pinning

Mine says "no higher than 700ng" . Thats fine with me because I didnt want to be on high doses when I cruise . It keeps my BP too high and my sleep apnea and BPH get worse . Plus I think my body makes more muscle when I rest good & long before blasting again .

If you have had bloods done please continue to post them if you have not already done so.
Look into Paypal moneypaks or money cards basically same as vanilla, available at cvs Etc.
