Giving me a tracking number with a pending status doesn't make it legit. It hasn't moved or been sent to Fedex yet.

Tracking will be updated when parccels arrive at USA warehouse and the shipper transfer to you. usually it takes about 2-4 weeks total. pleas wait in patience.

Actually we can ship by DHL for raws, it is fast , but it will not go to usa warehouse first, and it will be sent to you directly instead. very fast, 3-5 days delivered since it's online.

So your sending out tracking numbers for packs going to your “warehouse” before the “warehouse” even gets the packs for them to send to the customer.

The usa warehouse can offer tracking numbers in advantace (lables created)..when parcels arrive at their places, they pass to USPS facility to scan and deliver to clients..it takes about 2-4 weeks to update.. customers will not have any customs issues in this way..
