About me 50 years old, 5'9" 195 lbs started trt I think about 6 months ago 100 mg test cyp a week

Welcome, interested in your results and look forward to checking out your progress in your posts.

So what is your cycle, diet and training plans?
Not going to criticize you. Just curious. Plus your goal. Get bigger, get leaner. No there is no such thing as gaining mass as you get leaner, lol.
Well you can, but you need to know your body pretty good and be pretty strict on your diet.

My goal is to gain some mass. I don't mind critique, its how you learn.
cycle
Week 1 dbol 30 mg ed, week 2 and 3 dbol 40 mg ed , Week 4 dbol 30 mg ed
1-13 Test e 500 a week
1-10 Deca 250 a week
1-13 arimidex .25 eod
No pct just cruise on trt

I know first cycle back I should go with Test only but this is my thoughts on that> I have a sore shoulder joint using the deca for this, I have tried these compounds in the past (except the Arimidex )and never had any gyno problems other then bloating.
workout program is 3 on 1 off diet is 2800-3000 cals a day, very clean eating 45% protien 35% carbs 20 % fats Good fats. look to add cals as cycle progresses don't want to gain to much fat.

So you have ran gear before? Deca?
Well then it’s not your first cycle.

Only thing I hate about deca is my joints hurt twice as much when I come off at first.
I find that most joint problems can be resolved with proper rehab/Physio. Deca just masks the problem and does not fix it. Over time it will get worse.

This was my first cycle. I grew so fast that by the end of 10 weeks I literally could not jog.
300 mg of test e for 14 weeks
30 mg dbol for 8 weeks.
I lived, slept and ate the gym. I did not drink.

I needed .5 mg of Adex daily.

Dbol converts to estrogen really well. My nipples hurt the whole cycle. Feed dbol and you will make impressive gains. Plus sleep a lot.

I would increase the calories in carbs. Unless you sit at a desk all day, 3500 cal. Time to grow. Personally on bulk I eat around 4500, but I have a very labour intensive job and a smoking fast metabolism. I’m cutting on 2800 cal, my initial weight was 190 lbs at 5’6”. I am now 170 lbs and pretty much single digit bodyfat. Btw I didn’t use any stims or fat burners. Just 16 weeks so far of clean diet.

Yes i ran 3 cycles in my 20s didn't know anything about proper dieting or pct just thought the gear and working out would do all the work. I know better now. I did try Deca in my 20s but no joint pain then. Went and had a ultra sound on Thurs , I will get the results on Mon and I am hoping it is just inflammed.

Wow you did 8 weeks on dbol? kind of long No? Did you take liver support? I have some N2 guard I am going to use. I have never had issues with gyno in the past but I may up the Adex if I start to get sensitive nipples.

I maintain my weight at 2200 -2300 cals a day so I want to try 2800 cals a week to see how that goes. trying to not gain to much fat along the way. I will increase cals if I am not gaining the way I want to.

I had blood work for a huge life insurance policy on week 6 of my dbol run. They didn’t mention anything. Btw my first cycle was when I was 41.
I used milk thistle, lol. Yeah I didn’t know any better. I’d use NAC now.

I seriously didn’t drink any pop or alcohol, only water.

I could be an anomaly though because last winter after running tren for 20 weeks and winny for the last 6 weeks, I got blood work done 6 weeks after that cycle and it was perfect. Even cholesterol. Hdl was a little low, but the ratio was great becayse my ldl was so low.

Mind you I only eat whole foods, mainly food products from my store so I know exactly how they are made and what’s in them. No take out, no prepared shit from the grocery store. I attribute my at home cooked meals with real ingredients to my good blood work results. People eat way too much overprocessed shit now a days. And I’m not talking about avoiding gmo, or going organic, just using real food.
