Hell if I get bloods back at around 4500-5000 I'll consider that acceptable even though it's underdosed. I'm just hoping there is some value here other than a fancy vial.

If you were smart (not your stupid ass) you could use this program called PHOTOSHOP and simply modify existing bloods to look better. That is why we cultivate relationships with people over time. We know where their loyalties lie. You on the other hand are some drifter schill douchebag trying to squash a member's complaints on a bunk product. People like you should be burned alive until they are almost dead, pissed on by a few guys to extinguish the blaze and left to die of slow infection from the burns. Nobody cares what you think fuckhead. At least learn how to spell and formulate a sentence before you come back.
