Hey bros, looking for opinions on best recovery plan for this cycle. Before I get flamed ----Yes, I have my clomid and nolva on hand and have done my homework, just looking for opinions from some bros more exp. than me.
Here we go stats : before 205 lbs 12% BF, age 33 ( first cycle) now week 8 222lbs 10%BF up 17 lbs. Strength is great bench is up 40lbs, and eating like a horse.
Cycle is : week 1 - 4 30mg Dbol daily, 500mg sust weeks 1-10, 300 mg deca weeks 1-10. Nolva 20mg as needed during. I was questioning since I had taken nolva during would I be better suited to run the clomid only for recovery. Would it be better to run the nolva and the clomid like I have seen suggested on some post. Also should some hcg be thrown in there for good measure or would it be over kill. Side note usual test levels are in the 400's. Would some OTC test boosters help. I'm stoked about the gains I have made and want to keep as much as possible. Also post cycle going to kick in the creatine and glutamine as an aide, and the nutritional side I have down but would not mind hearing opinions on this also. Currently 6 meals daily, protien 350, calories 4000, 3 meals from whole foods, 3 meals protien shake / 40 grams carbs.
