Anyone know if @Opti will ever carry ancillaries like anastrazole/exemestane/raloxifene. (already carries tadalafil/hcg/etc)

Especially UGL raloxifene would have a huge market. Maybe @B Ware can ask, i know you've got a close line with the big O.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To add my own experience with testosterone serum testing, many don't realize how significant injection SITE and timing can affect the "multiplier" or result;

50 mg testosterone propionate to lateral deltoid at 5 hours ; total testosterone 5,000 ng/dL, at 24 hours it's only 1,300 ng/dL.

50 mg testosterone propionate to ventroglute at 24 hours; total testosterone 1,800 ng/dL.

Obviously the propionate ester is going to have a more steep/drastic variance between injection time, but you will see changes in pharmacokinetics from different injection sites.

Here's a chart with nandrolone decanoate (a very long ester) injection site pharmacokinetics to compare with my own experiences with testosterone propionate (very short ester):

Totally conscious of this, which is why I have done my best to highlight all the positives, and not point any fingers. I was just saying this is a personal yellow flag, and there are lots of reasons it could happen.

I also think it would be great if Opti was a one stop shop and was able to carry AIs and related items.

He seems to do a great job of growing correct vs fast... which I also like.

So . . . you're saying you like to get it in the butt?

So what you’re saying is. Glute injections are the best

Anyone heard from, seen on boards or communicated with Opti in the last 3-4 days?
I’ve reached out several times with no success and haven’t seen him here. Doesn’t seem like his normal communication style.

For piece of mind, a response from Opti (who I hold in very high regard) on the two gentleman who have brought forward questionable bloods on the new oil line, is welcome.

OPTI is the GOAT and extremely busy. Contact him thru his site with a previous order number and he will respond. Its pretty normal for him to be inactive on the boards for a week or 2 at a time

I've seen many questions and concerns about the quality of the oils so far. Let me be clear: I've only taken Opti's Tren Ace and his HGH with good results. I don't understand why this source would suddenly start selling underdosed or fake oils after proving themselves with quality HGH. He'd be gone in a heartbeat—it just doesn't make sense to me. People either need to focus on better blood work timing, injection site, OR test the products yourselves. Peaks and Valleys are always going to occur with testosterone injections unless you’re a SUB Q ED dude.

Anyone run Opti Tirzepatide? $85 per week is now half the price of my medspa. Thinking of taking the plunge.

I'm using it currently. It's my first experience with tirzepatide or any glp1. I don't know if it always works this good, but I am amazed. There must be some additional fat loss mechanism happening beyond appetite suppression and slowing digestion. I'm at 2mg twice a week now and same diet as before and I'm losing fat. My energy levels are more stable throughout the day as well. My fat intake is actually up a bit since I've been eating tuna in olive oil once a day in place of chicken breast.

Tirz increases lipolysis. So it does alot more than just appetite suppression.

I am and have been for 8 weeks. My issue is I started at way too low of a dose. My wife lost 30lbs at 1mg a week. So I started at the same and have been working up since. I hold my dose for 2 weeks then if I’m not seeing results jump again. This week I’m starting 3.5mg.

I can notice subtle differences but my issue is before I started I cut calories so low I crashed my metabolism. I have been raising calories ever since to get it back running while on Tirepatide. So it goes against what you’d think eating more while on it. I do notice it seems to stop swings in weight gain while encouraging 1-2lb drops out holding me steady.

I’m not looking to lose weight as much as reducing cravings while cutting fat and leaving out a few pounds. Additional benefits are a unexpected plus. Looking forward to finding my sweet spot and then seeing what I can do with it once established.
