Valid concern.

The best way to avoid "degradation" from temperature with peptides & hgh is to change it gradually.

For example, if the hGH is in the freezer... place from there to the fridge for a couple days to gradually thaw. Then, from fridge to room temperature and give it enough time at room temp to match your bac water temp (if that's at room temp). You want your bac at room temp anyway. Then, when both powder and bac are at same temp, mix/reconstitute.

It's when the powder and the bac water are at significantly different temperatures where instability occurs, like cloudy mix. That cloudiness should subside anyway, but yes, possible some degradation may occur.
Differences in temp of water and GH when mixing has nothing to do with GH turning cloudy.

Are you referring to "aggregates" and/or high pH/bad bac water? Notice the words "should." It would be very helpful if you would elaborate your point.

i personally have my hgh/peptides in the refrigerator and my pharm grade bac water is stored room temperature and i never have any problems with cloudiness etc, when i introduce the room temperature water to cold peptides,,

Anyone know why my blood sugar wouldn’t be raising by much at all ? I was under the impression over time it would be getting higher and higher being in a decent amount of Hgh - 8iu a day( I’ve had a fairly decent meal plan if you follow my log, but at the same time I also eat off plan quite a bit fast food even) is there still a possibility of insulin resistance with normal blood sugar levels? I don’t really feel or look like I’m getting fat. But I haven’t seen my fasted BG go over 98.

Depends on how well your pancreas is functioning. If you can pump out the insulin you can keep BG in check. You might also check fasting insulin to get a better idea of how insulin resistant you are.

I can tell you that mi e did not either and i ran 10-12 iu a day for a few months. Then all the sudden it bg started going up along with a1c I took metformin for a little bit but just decided to come off all together as I had ran gh for a year and have sn up coming surgery. Bit for the longest at 10iu a day I didn't see any negatives. I'm not expert but that was my experience

Typically for myself around 7-8 months in is when I see my bg creep up. I use this as an indicator of when to come off and let things reset.

Similar to DirtHand, everything is fine for months and then all the sudden it isn’t.

Fasting insulin levels will tell the story way before BG or A1C. That's what you should be watching in addition to BG.

I believe I’m around that time period

I believe 9 months is the longest run I’ve been able to make before seeing my bg creep up.

The first time it happened I threw a combo of berberine and metformin at it to combat it and it had no affect so I came off. Now I don’t even try to combat it. I just come off and pull natty igf-1 labs 2-3 months later and everything bounces back perfectly. Within days of being off my ac1 bounces back as well.

Never gets old.

Has anyone else had longer than normal domestic shipping delays lately, either with domestic Opti or any other domestic source? A shipping label was created for my order 9 days ago but there's been no movement. I have had an order arrive on my doorstep before without ever appearing on any of the tracking apps so I'm sure it will happen again. I also imagine with CNY and Chinese issues in general as of late, Opti is slammed with orders, so I'm not too concerned -although I ran outta GH this week. I emailed Opti Domestic and was informed that they are very busy with orders but it should arrive this week. Unless it really is a USPS error I don't see that happening. Hopefully I'm wrong. If not I'm sure it'll arrive by the middle of next.

Anyway, these things are to be expected. I'm just curious if anyone else has also had issues with USPS tracking or a longer than expected delays from when a label is created to when a domestic package arrives at the first shipping facility.

Oddly enough it actually arrived today. Looks like USPS tracking didn't do its job. I think it was USPS that never tracked a package of mine a few yrs ago.

Btw, the packaging is top notch. Everything wrapped tight with a vacuum seal and plenty of bubble wrap. I have no doubt the quality of the GH will be excellent.
