I've got a ton of golds, and have been using them since May, and for several months was reconstituting them with 2ml as I was taking 12iu and it helped cut down on the volume of each injection. I had no issues with using 2ml to recon, but now I use 3ml since I lowered my dose down to 8iu

I was doing the same- 15 units was dead on 3iu and so easy to pin. And 2ml comes out crystal clear. I read here that the reason no pharma exists at that concentration is that aggregates will form, both neutralizing the GH we pay good $ for, and making wierd blobs of whatever that hang around in our bodies after we shoot em.

So I started putting a full 3ml in the bottle. Since I was at 6iu/day already it would have been like 21 units or something to pin 3iu so I started drawing 25 units twice a day. Six days per bottle, no wierd amount left over in the last shot, 3 1/3iu per pin.

I add 3.5cc to the golds. I double pierce the stopper using a 31g insulin pin w/o plunger to vent, and slowly add the BSW with a 27g syringe. Have probably gone through six kits of gold, first three vials from one did not mix clear (Opti credited me for it). Others have mixed clear enough. Many high IU vials I've tried from Opti and other sellers have some very, very tiny floaters/aggregates/particles if you look close enough, but below my threshold for concern.

I was using 7.5mg a day (4 iu before bed, 1.75iu am, 1.75iu preworout in pm) but more recently dropped to 6iu (4iu before bed, 2iu am) mainly to have just two injections, and have my serum GH nadir when I'm eating carbs pre/intra/postorkout.

Also added imeglenin pm (to limit overnight gluconeogenesis with peak serum GH levels) and take Jardiance 10mg in afternoon to limit evening blood sugar spikes and for renal/cardiovascular protection. SGLT2 inhibitors can increase Hct but mine seems to stay controlled now with telmisartan, naringin and silymarin; and maybe more important switching primarily to shorter esters which give daily peaks and troughs versus steady state levels.

I gave up metformin a while back. Besides the imeglenin, on high carb days I instead use ATX-304 (research chem AMPK activator) which seems to work vastly better without any side effects. Seems to be very promising for recomp.

I started with gray tops- I believe they are the Opti house brand and the one they put their name behind while their cheaper kits are maybe just more budget friendly. My personal GH experience is only with Opti and only with the gray and gold tops. I switched to using only the gold tops and experienced the same clear reconstitution and very mild but present side effects with both kits. The price difference and convenience of 40iu gold tops bottles convinced me to stock up a few kits of gold tops. I haven’t gotten blood tests yet and although I’m pushing the GH pretty hard at 6iu/day I understand the GH is a long game and didn’t expect any fast magic to happen. I have seen faster nail growth and amazing sleep.

I doubt you get a direct answer from any member. Everyone is different. You have to read a lot. It's safe to say all HGH from opti is good. Splitting hairs to see which is better. I would have stayed with the greys but moved to golds to cut down on reconning not because golds are better quality.

I haven't ordered in a while and the thread is quite long, is the current consensus that black, blue, and gray are still similar quality? Any feedback appreciated

Greys are considered pharmacy grade as they are manufactured to such standards and in the same facilities. Blacks test well, sometimes slightly better than greys even, but are less potent. Blue I am not familiar with. In the past I dabbled with gold/orange tops and after several weeks I got carpal tunnel that was BAD. Never again.

My personal experience with greys was extremely good. Very good results, minimal side effects.

Pretty much all of optis lineup is stellar and light years better than other vendors as opti HGH rarely contains dimer and purity wise consistently 96-98% whereas other vendors seem to have dimer in their "best" lines (snowcap or titan or whatever they're called) which test low in the 95-96% purity and almost always dimer detected...

My personal experience I’ve only ran blues at 6iu and my igf bloods came back at 682 with 5iu lantus in the mix! I’ve ran up to 10iu but haven’t gotten bloods done that high but can definitely feel the jump when I do haha!

Received an email from Opti with tracking, but my pack will leave the distribution center then bounce back to it a few days later and the cycle keeps repeating. Any advice?

Just made the jump into the GH game. Gold tops and Bac water ordered. Slin pins already on there way. Went with Opti based off pure reputation, I don’t care if I can get shit cheaper from China! Im not looking to use to get huge, at 55 yrs im looking for more quality of life issues ( joint repair, general health, exc ) . Thinking 3iu day for 120 days, then see how I feel about continuing.

Correct. It is easy to make Bic water (just need a little BA). Having said that, my second vial came out cloudy. I am going to try a vial from another kit.
