As a shill, if you mean the fact that this vendor has never once stood up a customer or scammed, I'm certainly an accomplice of his methods. Furthermore I've been an enthusiastic customer for years going back to the email only days. On several occasions opti has been subjected to many variables outside his control. With that said he takes it upon himself on every instance to make it right. I'm sitting on a lifetime supply of things he included due to inconvenience and expectations. So if it comes at the cost of forum avoidance to prevent exposure to individuals like you... Who can blame a highly intelligent person in conflict avoidance.
