You are doing nothing wrong and it’s better if you find another source for a bit. Lots of orders not shipping. Sure a few packs here and there but many across two boards aren’t getting packs and zero communication.

I started PT-141 recently. I've been put on antidepressants and other things like viagra etc. The desire wasn't there so the blue pill didn't help. When I tried PT-141 I had sex with my wife 3 times in 1 day. I won't lie, it is a game changer! I experienced a little nausea but like melanotan, you can take a less drowsy dramomine tablet to combat that. PT-141 lasted the whole day with random erections throughout. I was at hopes end before taking it. I highly recommend giving it a try.

How did you dose it and time it up? I tried it out ~45 minutes before activity and didn't really notice anything. Went to bed shortly after so not sure if it took longer to kick it or not. I did get the head rush and flushing hot feeling in my head though.

Ahh thanks! That makes sense. I didn’t see that notification but it’s possible I clicked it away quickly when it first popped up because I don’t see it come up now when I enter the site from the 1st page link

I’d recommend trying low dose famotodine (pepcid) instead of omeprazole first. I have read a few recent articles linking proton pump inhibitors to an increase in dementia risk

The study found that people ages 45 and older who took PPIs for more than four years had a 33% higher risk of developing dementia than people who never took this class of medication.”

I struggle too with tadalifil heartburn / esophagus sides. Even 5mg makes me feel like I’m choking on my food. Sometimes I even end up throwing up..sucks.

I usually stick with 2.5mg daily to minimize it but it’s still there. When it gets real bad a small dose of famatodine works

famotodine is like a miracle drug for GERD or general acid reflux.

I’ve heard about that with BPC but not Reta. I am on a lower dose of Reta right now. However, I’ve only been on Reta for about 11 weeks. I’ve been emotionless/zero libido for around 10.5 and that started as soon as I quit drinking. Testosterone is high, estrogen is in range. Haven’t tested prolactin or SHBG yet. But I’ve only been on Reta and a normal dose of test for most of the time but I started running 500mg when I started Reta

I was in and out of rehabs and AA for most of my 20s. Definitely have spurts of no substances now but haven't been sober, sober in a while.

I think part of me not being able to stay sober long term for me was the inability to not get through depressive / anhedonia patches in the first year.

I am going to pray for you man and I hope you get through that shit.

I mixed with 1 ml bac and pushed 10 cc I believe. It did take about 4 hours. To kick in.

Thank you brother I really appreciate that. After 10.5 months you’d think the body would regulate itself but I guess it’s not that simple, as others have said. People on sobriety forums did say one thing about this, when they were going through what I am, there was one thing that would fix that probably almost instantly. Get a few drinks in. Personally, I don’t want to because the focus and drive I have towards chasing a six pack and overall leanness has been greater than it ever has in my life and is actually working this time because I’m not distracted by booze or consuming the excess that comes with it. Maybe I’m one of the lucky ones, but I haven’t had a single craving to drink since I stopped. I’ve just been bored as fuck.

Just ordered some. How do you dose subq with that? I know you can get a nasal form through some sort of doctor but the peptide sites that I use don’t sell it that way.

I did order about a week ago. It’s my first order with this vendor. I’m hoping everything goes smoothly because he has lots of positive reviews/comments. But time will tell. Still no tracking but he could be overwhelmed. Idk. Everybody I decide to go with gets one. If it’s messed up or bad product, then nahh I’m good. If the mess up is outside of vendor control, then that’s understandable for some leeway.

BTW - I ordered 5 kits of OptiTropin on December 28th. Still well within the 10 business day threshold, so not getting nervous yet. He updated the site within this timeframe. Probably just backed up from holiday orders. I think there was an influx in demand overall across peptides and AAS prior to 1/1/2026 due to the rumors of the peptide crackdowns and any collateral damage from that.

Yeah give it a go and at least feel it out. Vard is the easiest going for me. Have you tried Omeprazole micro dose? Just to control. I'm not one to throw meds at a problem so just asking. But man tren for me is like becoming a fucking dragon. I could start a fire breathing. Daily Omeprazole at least gave me relief to finish the cycle. Obviously has it's own circumstances long-term.

There's also Avanafil, it kicks in the quickest of them all, peaks in 30mins and is more selective. India pharma tho, US pharma will only give a few tabs/month.
