Thank you brother I really appreciate that. After 10.5 months you’d think the body would regulate itself but I guess it’s not that simple, as others have said. People on sobriety forums did say one thing about this, when they were going through what I am, there was one thing that would fix that probably almost instantly. Get a few drinks in. Personally, I don’t want to because the focus and drive I have towards chasing a six pack and overall leanness has been greater than it ever has in my life and is actually working this time because I’m not distracted by booze or consuming the excess that comes with it. Maybe I’m one of the lucky ones, but I haven’t had a single craving to drink since I stopped. I’ve just been bored as fuck.
In recovery here. 28 months clean. The first year is thought. BUT I promise you after 12 you will turn the corner and notice a BIG change in how you feel. And it only gets better from there. The boredom is fucking shitty I know what you’re saying but just work as much as you can and make money. I just drive for DoorDash when I get bored and make some extra cash. Hang in there. All I do is work and workout. I workout twice a day at least like three days a week. Pick up extra shifts at work when I can and I’ll go two or three weeks at a time without a day off. It’s been great for getting my financial health up to par in a major way. I ain’t mad about it at all. Paid off 90% of my self inflicted stupidity debt/collections, got a couple great credit cards, bought a new motorcycle and a new truck, along with getting into new construction luxury apartment. And recently got pre approved for a home loan but I’m going to sit on that one lol. Sobriety really has changed my life

Feel like many of us here traded one addiction for the addiction of gains and gear lol
 
Just ordered some. How do you dose subq with that? I know you can get a nasal form through some sort of doctor but the peptide sites that I use don’t sell it that way.
I have never used pt141, but I think you could probably make your own nasal spray. I do with lypholized semax and Selank. I just use bac water to recon in the vial, filter and transfer it to some nasal spray bottles I got off amazon, and I add more bac to reached desired concentration per spray.
 
Who here is in the school of pre-bed HGH injections making their sleep worse? For those that switched to early morning fasted injections, did it make you lethargic in the daytime?
I go back and forth with this. My experience has been when I up my IUs I get disturbances until I adjust. Now what I discovered is this. If you have some healthy fats two hours before injection and prior to bed it helps. Sleep can be disturbed because your body is spiking cortisol. HGH spikes your glucagon so when that drops it can disturb sleep. Healthy fats can sustain longer. Is it purely scientific, nope. Did I use chat gpt? Nope. Did I figure this out through trial and error, yes. Anyway, I await the berating but this worked for me.

I can't remember where I heard it but I remember someone saying if you take less GH than your body produces it can interrupt sleep. I noticed this personally taking 2iu but when I pushed past 4iu I slept better. How much are you taking?
 
I have and gotten nothing. Also someone that knows him personally before meso days has tried as well that I have a channel with. I mean if he pops up and responds and my pack lands I’ll gladly walk back my concerns.

I've heard this about eating something fatty before bed to help. It makes sense.

I started at 2iu for the first month and recently titrated up to 3iu. Poor sleep has been consistent across all dosages. At my age, I think I'm taking more exogenously than I am naturally producing.
 
Yeah I’ve been alcohol free(never did anything else other than booze) for 10.5 months. I’d say this lack of any or much of sexual desires goes beyond that since getting sober because I feel like I lack emotions about 90-95% of the time, nothing really excites me other than my morning gym session, I don’t look forward to much of anything. I’m neither happy nor sad. It’s really weird. But a huge positive take away from it is being able to focus on important shit(instead of constantly chasing puss) like finances, Completely turned my life around in that aspect, and my health/physique, which is a work in progress lol.
It continues to get better and it takes at least a year for your body and brain chemistry to really start to balance its self back out. Keep up the good work!

I tried taking before bed at just 2iu but some weird thing I felt energized and could not sleep. I switched to morning and never looked back. I even re tried taking at night months later to confirm it wasn't some placebo and sure enough I couldn't sleep.

You going to meetings or do you have any sort of community around you? I know thats something that is preached hard in sobriety circles that definitely helped me.
 
Seems like there is a fair amount of frustration regarding shipping right now. I get it, it's annoying, but lets not go saying there is cause for concern about getting nothing at all. I'll touch on my personal experience. Did my order take a very long time? Yes Did I reach out to opti who then added extras? Yes. Did that also get messed up? Yes, not by any fault of his own. Did he then reship it all? Yes, and it wound up successfully getting here. Even through all of that, I still have enough faith in the quality and what opti stands for that I put in another order 2 days later. I wouldn't worry about Opti

Good datapoint. How long have you been on 2iu? Did you titrate up at all?
