Who here is in the school of pre-bed HGH injections making their sleep worse? For those that switched to early morning fasted injections, did it make you lethargic in the daytime?
I’m definitely in that camp… I started my run about 2 months ago after running TRT for a few years. I thought it would settle for me once my body got used to it, however it never happened. So I switched to a fasted morning 2 IU injection vs before bed.

Just received my latest labs back — IGF went from 180 to 296, Z-score from .5 to 1.7

It doesn’t make me lethargic during the day time. I generally pin in the morning, wait an hour. Eat and hit the gym then continue on with my day.

Totally understand that! I figured I’d just wait until everything came around, he’s got too much history built on these forums otherwise. I appreciate your vote of confidence, it makes us newer customers rest a bit easier.

Yeah, I held out thinking it would get better but it hasn't. Do you get elevated energy from it at all? And do you notice any positive benefits to your sleep with the morning pinning?

There are lots of folks out there that heavily advocate for AM pinning. Todd Lee recommends mixing it in the same vial as your test and injecting IM in the AM.

I'm no Dr, but that's just wild to me. Sure, the oil and water won't mix, but he also advocates mixing any and all peptides in the same syringe along with the rHGH. I've seen enough info about pH levels and aggregation of proteins to not want to mix everything in one syringe. I'll take another 30 seconds and pay the additional 0.15¢/day for the extra insulin syringe to put my GH in for its own injection.
 
I have and gotten nothing. Also someone that knows him personally before meso days has tried as well that I have a channel with. I mean if he pops up and responds and my pack lands I’ll gladly walk back my concerns.
ordered pre closing, got no confirmation from the website like i had previously did in nearly dec/late nov, no response to cofirmation of order yet, optis always been solid so maybe he put shit on pause but getting the go ahead to place an order then no confirmation after doing so is slightly nerve wracking; either way i got faith itll push on thru might just not be the usual less than a week touchdown

I don’t think I am experiencing any energy elevation from it. Although it’d be hard to determine with everything else I do in the AM prior to my workout. The primary benefit to my sleep from morning pinning vs evening was the return of my sleep.. my average HRV in the evening while pinning was 20-30 — I slept like shit. A few days after I stopped it returned to the 70-100 range and my HR dropped back down 5-10 BPM.

I don’t mind numerous pins, I’m not a fan of blunt needles or the additional exposures of bacteria… so I do everything individually.

It’s been working so far… Another thing I’ve noticed as of late is my Total T levels are increasing… my normal TRT dosage of 140mg weekly used to keep me at 11-1200, now it’s creeping into the 14-1500 range on my last two draws (I do labs monthly - yes I know it’s a lot, I’m a data junkie)

Good info, thanks for sharing. After 2 months of subpar sleep the return of good sleep will probably feel magical. Hoping tonight is the night.

I don't mind multiple pins either. 31g needle subq is barely perceptible.

I'm doing labs every 4-6 weeks myself right now too. Going through Goodlabs. Who do you use out of curiosity?
 
I have noticed shitty sleep. I do my whole 10iu pre bed. Im going to try am fasted and see how it goes. Ill let you know. Been wanting to do this for a while.
Hey dude, for what it’s worth, I’ve run 6 IU for years. Originally, I had to adapt from my initial 4 IU. Like you, I’m now running 10 IU daily gold tops (labs on the 13th), so I’m curious to see where I’m at since we discussed elsewhere.

I also have noticed shitty sleep before bed. Previously, at 6 IU, no issue once I acclimated. 4 IU additional is a big jump, so I’m not surprised.

Further, I’ve tried running 5 and 5 AM/PM, and previously 3 and 3. I personally experience lethargy in the AM any time I adjust. So today, for instance, I went 5 and 5 AM/PM and headed to a buddy’s for a gym session. Had about an hour drive. It killed me, dude, I was fasted, no caffeine, well rested last night, and about 20 minutes in I was fighting my eyelids. I personally notice this takes about 3 to 5 weeks for me to acclimate. I don't drink coffee or take any stimulants outside a custom mixed pre workout I blended up.

Just for insight, as I suffer from insomnia often and use meds to counter this. Often it seems HGH will override and win.

In my avoidance of other stimulants I've found caffeine helps with the lethargy if needed and I will implement green gunpowder tea, or black coffee to get through. Once acclimated I'm solid.

Yeah man, I think with all the recent TikTokrs flooding Meso they're leaking shit into reddit and others which we all keep coveted to the Meso process.

I guess it's ultimately good for business but at the cost of dealing with those ignorant individuals.

No problem man, anything I can do to help/contribute I'll try.
