I have noticed shitty sleep. I do my whole 10iu pre bed. Im going to try am fasted and see how it goes. Ill let you know. Been wanting to do this for a while.
Hey dude, for what it’s worth, I’ve run 6 IU for years. Originally, I had to adapt from my initial 4 IU. Like you, I’m now running 10 IU daily gold tops (labs on the 13th), so I’m curious to see where I’m at since we discussed elsewhere.
I also have noticed shitty sleep before bed. Previously, at 6 IU, no issue once I acclimated. 4 IU additional is a big jump, so I’m not surprised.
Further, I’ve tried running 5 and 5 AM/PM, and previously 3 and 3. I personally experience lethargy in the AM any time I adjust. So today, for instance, I went 5 and 5 AM/PM and headed to a buddy’s for a gym session. Had about an hour drive. It killed me, dude, I was fasted, no caffeine, well rested last night, and about 20 minutes in I was fighting my eyelids. I personally notice this takes about 3 to 5 weeks for me to acclimate. I don't drink coffee or take any stimulants outside a custom mixed pre workout I blended up.
Just for insight, as I suffer from insomnia often and use meds to counter this. Often it seems HGH will override and win.
In my avoidance of other stimulants I've found caffeine helps with the lethargy if needed and I will implement green gunpowder tea, or black coffee to get through. Once acclimated I'm solid.
