Has been a while since I've read about it, skimmed through some posts. 25 or 50 MG it is. If someone wants to microdose they can just crush one.

About the same for the same amount. Prolly cheaper in bigger tabs.
You'd take the same amount anyways, might aswell take less filler.
I see, i lack the experience or knowledge regarding SLU but most protocol i see involved at elast 4-5x 500mcg over a day. I'd rather go with some proper MG amounts too.

I am curious what your experience is with SLUPP?
I saw some reports of really good Homa improvement when taking high doses which interests me the most as i am big on Glucose management.
