The local university here usually charges 50 bucks to use theirs, so it's not too bad for accuracy to the .0 percentage.
 
Day 6:

DNP dosage 400mg (300mg 10:00 AM, 100 mg 2:00 PM)

Meals: Major mess up, I was served pancakes in bed, and was not about to refuse the first cooking my girlfriend has ever done for me. So i had about 10 oz of pancakes with probably 350 cals and 60 grams carbs....I think I can hgandle it.
Water consumption: 5 Liters
Temp: 97.4F (Temps taken under tongue with $12 thermometer for now)
Weight: 250 lb
Supplementation: As planned(Added B-complex for energy)
Sides: Night Sweats are nonexistant

Note: So far my scale wight is down 15 pounds. I'm not sure what to make of this. I certianly look, feel, get noticed etc much leaner, but I don't see a 15 pound change. I am getting disgusted with ym figure, and That isn't helping my cause. I have toiced that I am looking bigger, and my muscles are far more visible, which may account for why it feels less than 15 pounds. My gut is certainly almost gone, sticks out maybe 3/4 inch than three quarters, not 3 or 4. I upped the dose by 100 mg, not because i wanted more fat loss, I wasn't really thinking, and I was cold and I related DMNP to being warmer....Hah. Took vitamins, EFAs, caffeien stack, Antiox, and DNP all togetr in the morning with a Protein shake...and it felt like I'd bee swallowing nails. Not fun. Have to remember to take vitamins around 3rd meal, and antiox after workout. I'm having some trouble consuming enough water due to time constraints. Will up this. I missed a cardio workout, and I have no excuse, I simply fucked up. I WILL have pictures soon. I am so embarrased of my before picture that I won't post it until I look decent shirtless. Oh, I took close to 1.5 grams of caffeiene, and it didn't change my energy, caffeiene has never had a huge effect on me,b eing so big, but I thought that was odd. I more than doubled my caffeiene and nothing changed.
Oh...I have a hot sauce collection, and my hottest is called Wanza's Wicked Temptation, it's 2 million scoville units, whereas Tabasco is like 200, franks red hot is like 1500. I put some in a tuna packet, stirred and ate it, and I went through all of dante's hells. Hot sace on DNP is a mistake. Lol.

I know boxing and fighting are VERY different, but in high school I did MuayThai tournaments, and I've scuffled with my boxer roomate many times, and he's basically defenseless.
$50 isn't too bad. You could spend that in a lot of worse placves. ONly problem is, it's not really 50, it's 100 if you're doing before/after. :)


Here's an off topic story. I was at the gym, and I say a guy pick up two 75 lb dumbbells and bust out alternate bicep curls with them for at least 10 reps(total). Later, he was squatting with 135lbs. What's that all about? Genetic mutant? Improper training? Before you ask, both were done with exacting form.

Yeah, I used to do Kali and boxing as well as other forms of martial arts(Jujitsu and Wing Chun for example). Personally speaking, I find MMA to be a little slow for me, it's simply not definitive enough. I'm more of a closer/finisher, so if I'm fighting a taekwan do guy, I will usually just take out his legs with a weapon(or whatever is around), lmao. With a boxer, if I'm faster than the guy, I usually aim for the shoulders or the biceps, or anything that will disable his punching ability. Body hits are awesome too, I usually aim for the body if I want to play around with my opponenet first.

$100 to get an accurate body fat analysis is not too shabby, spend too many time at the bar or shopping with the girlfriend will definitely cost you more than that.

As for your off topic story, more than likely the dude only used to train his arms thus being able to lift 75 dumbells and only 135 for legs.

Highest I've lifted with dumbells were 110, and with squats around 315. After seeing me squat so much and not seeing much progress for themselves, all my training partners left me, lol. Kinda sad, really. I'm playing around with high reps and compound movements now.
 
I boxed about ten years ago. I really enjoyed watching my opponents head snap backwards ... it was great fun.

... and then I fought my first lefty ... boxing was no longer any fun. Now, before I ever pick a fight, I determine if the guy is right or left handed.

damn lefties could pretty much inscribe their initials in my chin ... provided I was still standing.

Note: I feel lighter and springier. My arms are constantly sore...don't know why. OVer night sweats were pretty bad. Slept with window open, and the temp hit like 76 overnight. My girlfriend asked in all seri0usness if I'd wet the bed...lol. Had a ketosis headache for most of the day, very dull but annoying. Almost had a beer with my friends...but I refrained. Things are going really well at this point. One week, and weight loss is pronounced. Almost ot the point of concern. I don't think I'm holding any water, because I know the feeling and I just don't have it. I upped my salt ntake as per Conciliator's reccomendation. I assume that will let me keep more water. I went to a frat party, and it was easily 110 degrees on the dancefloor, and danced with my girlfriend and her friends. They were all COVERED in my sweat..hahaha.

I am not liking my chest...one bit right now. I feel like I have normal upperchest development, and no lower pecs at all. I think I have some serious GYNO from puberty, but my chest looks terrible. I cannot feel muscle on the bottom half of my chest. VERY VERY discouraging. I am reasonable strong on the bench and with DB flyes, and my incline chest press in very strong. I don't know....I guess it could be genetics, but I'd blame myself before blaming genetics.
 
Day 9(finally caught up):

Note: It's warming up here in Indiana, and so am I. At 400mg, I am hot all the time. At work i have to wear spandex pants and a black teeshirt and a helmet(Bike courier...noit an american gladiator). So, I lose my water like crazy. Lethargy is alright, I am on 2grams caffeine a day, so that helps.....I guess. Sweating is immense. I am constantly covered. Turned down a threesome yesterday due to embarrasment of sweat. My semen is so yellow it almost looks like mustard....which would be very convienent. Gym had been shit because of DNP, having lots of trouble making it through reps, but I'm not worried. Took a large dump....that was fun. I've stopped the amphetamine for now because i need to get my sleep cycle back on track. I am VERY happy with the fat loss so far. So happy, I'm finally ready to show my before picture!
 
Alright, my before pics. These are a bit scary. To think this was me like a week and a half ago, compared to what I am now! I was pushing my belly out a bit, but not a lot. I am not a bodybuilder, I'm an "Athelete" and I am WAY off season. I have like 30lbs more on me than usuall due to various reasons. My transformation will be immense. Say what you want, I can take it.

I "invented" and by invented i mean stole from the ancient Egyptians a trick for preventing night sweats. I can't do the whole fan thing because I wake up with a sore throat, and my houses air conditioner works about as well as a one armed man on the monkey bars. So what I did was took a towel, and got it wet by putting it through a spin cycle in ym washing machine. Not too wet, just damp. I wrang it out until i could no longer produce moisture, and then slept with it under me. The evaportation made for a very cool night, and when I woke up, it was still a bit cooler. But it REALLY helped me get to sleep. I also took a damp towel, and used it as a pillow cover to keep my head cool. Both worked astoundingly well.
 
Day 10:

Note: It's getting very hot. Somewhere in the high 70's outside and more sun than mexico. Worked a day shift, and biked about 14 miles in 7 hours. That sucked. Lost a LOT of water. I woke up cool, calm, and collected and decided to skip breakfast because I didn't want to feel churny at class. Took my DNP, my ECA, my Fish oil, My multi, my E, My C, My Grape Seed, and my ALA all in one swig. It was cool to swallow like 15 pills at once. And surpisingly easy. I am going to carb up soon, because I have little energy at this point. I am down 19 pounds in 10 days, though I'm not sure how much of this I attribute to fat. I am not losing muscle, so I must be dropping water. I will add more sodium. I feel great when I look in the mirror. Hunger is a bitch at this point. But I am strong. Good luck to all.

Sides: Slept great for the first time in a long time, no sweats, little heat. Although, I slept naked and my door opened up in the night so my roomates girlfriend got a free show. lol. Lost about a gallon of sweat at work. Air conditioning broke, and the manager "Accidentally" put the heat on with it set to full. He left, and locked the office. So until 5:00 AM I got to sit in 86-87 degree weather in jeans a tee shirt, and an apron. Woopideedoo.

Note: It's going really well. I feel great(Well...great for being on this shit) I have lots of energy. My only complaint is an eyeball headache, but No biggie there.My teeth hurt, and my right foot hurts. I attribute these to how I slept I suppose. I have a final exam in about an hour that is going to kickmy ass, bend me over a table and have its way with me....OH well. Tonight...I CHEAT FOR DINNER! :)
 
Hah, no multiple choice here, but thanks for the luck. It was a lab practical. I did well, so I've destressed. Tonight, I dine at a Japanese steakhouse on my mom's credit card. Fantastic.
